To provide a cooling air exhaust structure which enables air that has cooled a device that becomes a heat source to be dispersedly exhausted to a wide range in a passenger compartment without increasing costs and narrowing a space in the passenger compartment.SOLUTION: A cooling air exhaust structure 1 in a vehicle 100, in which a space 20 is formed under a seat and a device 200 that becomes a heat source is disposed in the space 20, includes: a suction port for introducing air in a passenger compartment into the space 20; a tunnel part 30 extending from an area below the seat to the vehicle front side; and a discharge passage 38 which is formed at the tunnel part 30 and discharges air in the space 20 in a vehicle front direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
