To reduce processing load.SOLUTION: A chargeable battery state detection device comprises: acquisition means (a voltage detection section 11, a current detection section 12 and a temperature detection section 13) acquiring state information indicating a state of a chargeable battery 14; first processing means (a CPU 10a) for applying first processing to the state information acquired by the acquisition means; transmission means (a communication section 10d) transmitting the state information to which the first processing is applied, through a control unit (ECU 20) to a cloud server 70 including second processing means which applies second processing different from the first processing to the state information; reception means (the communication section 10d) receiving response information transmitted from the cloud server through the control unit in accordance with the state information transmitted by the transmission means; and estimation means (the CPU 10a) estimating the state of the rechargeable battery on the basis of the response information received by the reception means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
