To provide a vehicle allocation device, a vehicle allocation system, and a vehicle allocation method that can allocate a share-ride vehicle to improve convenience of a passenger.SOLUTION: A vehicle allocation device according to an embodiment comprises a behavior information acquisition unit, a storage unit, a return vehicle allocation prediction unit, and a vehicle allocation unit. The behavior information acquisition unit acquires behavior information of a passenger including a destination of the passenger who has arrived in the destination with an allocated share-ride vehicle and an arrival time in the destination. The storage unit stores a vehicle allocation result of a share-ride vehicle that was previously used to pick up and send off the passenger. The return vehicle allocation prediction unit predicts a vehicle allocation schedule for allocating a share-ride vehicle to a return of the passenger who has arrived in the destination based on the behavior information and the vehicle allocation result. The vehicle allocation unit allocates a share-ride vehicle according to the vehicle allocation schedule predicted by the return vehicle allocation prediction unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】乗客の利便性を向上させた相乗り車両を配車することができる配車装置、配車システム、および配車方法を提供すること。【解決手段】実施形態に係る配車装置は、行動情報取得部と、記憶部と、帰路配車予測部と、配車部とを備える。行動情報取得部は、配車した相乗り車両によって行先へ到着した乗客の行先および行先への到着時刻を含む乗客の行動情報を取得する。記憶部は、過去に乗客を送迎した相乗り車両の配車実績を記憶する。帰路配車予測部は、行動情報および配車実績に基づいて、行先へ到着した乗客の帰路へ相乗り車両を配車する配車スケジュールを予測する。配車部は、帰路配車予測部によって予測される配車スケジュールに従って相乗り車両を配車する。【選択図】図１
