To provide a vehicle which can supply power to an external device.SOLUTION: A vehicle has: a supply unit which supplies power to a target device; a first reception unit which receives settlement information including a billing amount to be billed to a user as a counter value for service which the target device conducts to the user, from the target device while supplying the power; a first transmission unit which transmits the acquired settlement information and a user identifier for specifying the user to a settlement device; a second reception unit which receives a notification indicating that the settlement of the billing amount is valid or that the settlement of the billing amount is completed, from the settlement device; and a second transmission unit which transmits a notification that the settlement of the billing amount is valid or that the settlement of the billing amount is completed to the target device, for making the target device execute the service, when the notification is received.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
