To provide a bead foam molded member which is light-weight and suppresses occurrence of breakage such as a crack during use.SOLUTION: A bead foam molded member 20 is integrated in a layer shape on a side opposite to a surface part 11 of a cushion pad 1 which is a cushion member of a vehicle seat. A bottomed substantially tubular lightening hole 20e is arranged, the bottomed substantially tubular lightening hole extending in a direction towards the surface part 11 from a rear side part 22 which is a face on a side opposite to the surface part 11. A spherical surface part 20e2 which is a bottom surface part at a side of the surface part 11 of the lightening hole 20e is formed in a substantially hemispherical surface shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】軽量で使用時に亀裂等の破損発生を抑制したビーズ発泡成形部材を提供する。【解決手段】乗物シートのクッション材であるクッションパッド１の表面部１１と反対側に層状に一体化されるビーズ発泡成形部材２０である。表面部１１と反対側の面である裏側部２２から表面部１１の方向に延びる有底の略筒状の軽減孔２０ｅが設けられている。軽減孔２０ｅの表面部１１の側の底面部である球状面部２０ｅ２は、略半球面状に形成されている。【選択図】図５
