To achieve a new technique for determining appropriateness of an arrangement state of ground coil and arrangement state of a pickup coil on a train.SOLUTION: Ground coil 1 comprises a first resonant circuit which resonates at a first resonance frequency with respect to a transmission signal from a pickup coil 3, and a second resonant circuit which resonates at a second resonance frequency with respect to the transmission signal. A first inductor of the first resonant circuit and a second inductor of the second resonant circuit are located in an intersection direction with respect to a railroad track direction. On the other hand, the pickup coil 3 comprises a coil for input in which an input signal is induced by electromagnetic coupling with the resonant circuit of the ground coil 1. An appropriateness determination device 50 performs similar determination as to whether a first signal level of the first resonant frequency and a second signal level of the second resonant frequency, which are included in the input signal, are similar in respect of magnitude and peak arrival timing or not, and on the basis of a determination result of said similar determination, determines appropriateness arrangement state of the ground coil 1 and/or the pickup coil 3 onto a train 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】地上子の配置状態や列車への車上子の配置状態の適否を判定する新たな技術を実現すること。【解決手段】地上子1は、車上子3からの送信信号に対して第1の共振周波数で共振する第1の共振回路と、送信信号に対して第2の共振周波数で共振する第2の共振回路とを備え、第1の共振回路の第1のインダクタと、第2の共振回路の第2のインダクタとが線路方向に対して交差する方向に配置される。一方、車上子3は、地上子1の共振回路との電磁結合によって入力信号が誘起される入力用コイルを備える。そして、適否判定装置50は、入力信号に含まれる第1の共振周波数の第1の信号レベルと第2の共振周波数の第2の信号レベルとが、大きさ及びピーク到来タイミングの点で同程度であるか否かを判定する同様判定を行い、同様判定の判定結果に基づいて、地上子1及び/又は列車100への車上子3の配置状態の適否を判定する。【選択図】図1
