To provide a taxi hailing system and taxi hailing method characterized in that a driving worker can work in response to a hailing request in the worker's convenient time zone and the driving worker's unnecessary standby time can be reduced.SOLUTION: A taxi hailing system includes a customer terminal 2, a driver terminal 1, and a management server 3 owned by a taxi management entrepreneur. The customer terminal 2 transmits a hailing request to the management server 3 (S1). The management server 3 creates an untreated welcoming information list on the basis of the hailing request from the customer terminal 2 (S2). After a driving worker has affiliated to and contracted the taxi hailing service, is allowed to peruse the untreated welcoming information list of the management server 3, and has perused the untreated welcoming information list, the driver terminal 1 can transmit a welcoming desire notice as an expression of the driving worker's intention (S9).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】タクシー配車システム及びタクシー配車方法において、運転就労者自身の都合の良い時間帯に配車依頼を受けて就労することができ、運転就労者の無駄な待機時間を減らすことを課題とする。【解決手段】顧客端末２と、運転者用端末１と、タクシー管理業者が所有する管理サーバ３と、を備えたタクシー配車システムであって、顧客端末２は、配車依頼を管理サーバ３に送信し（Ｓ１）、管理サーバ３は、顧客端末２からの配車依頼に基づいて迎車未処理情報一覧を作成し（Ｓ２）、運転者用端末１は、運転就労者がタクシー配車サービスに加盟締結し、管理サーバ３の迎車未処理情報一覧を閲覧可能で、迎車未処理情報一覧を閲覧した後に、運転就労者の意思表示として迎車希望通知を送信可能とした（Ｓ９）。【選択図】図２
