To provide a front pillar structure that can provide a good visibility by wiping out rain drops attached on a vehicle outer side surface of a front pillar glass.SOLUTION: A front pillar structure includes: a front pillar glass 28 made of a transparent member and held by a first frame portion and a second frame portion that configure a frame of a front pillar 10; and a first window molding 30 provided between the first frame portion and the front pillar glass. A first recessed and protruded portion 32 is provided on an end of the first window molding 30, which is located at a front windshield glass 18. First mount portions 32A protruded toward the front windshield glass 18 and second root portions 32B recessed are continuously and alternately arranged on the first recessed and protruded portion. Further, a first front recessed and protruded portion 34 is provided on a vehicle front portion of the first window molding 30. First front mount portions 34A protruded toward the vehicle front side and first front root portions 34B recessed are continuously and alternately arranged on the first front recessed and protruded portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】フロントピラーガラスの車両外側面に付着した雨滴を払拭し、雨天時の視界を良好にすることができるフロントピラー構造を提供する。【解決手段】フロントピラー構造として、フロントピラー１０の骨格を構成する第１骨格部及び第２骨格部に保持され透明な部材で構成されたフロントピラーガラス２８と第１骨格部との間に第１ウインドモールディング３０を設ける。第１ウインドモールディング３０のフロントウインドシールドガラス１８側の先端部には、フロントウインドシールドガラス１８側へ向けて凸となる第１山部３２Ａと凹となる第１谷部３２Ｂとが交互に連設された第１凹凸形状部３２を設ける。また、第１ウインドモールディング３０の車両前側部分に、車両前方側へ向けて凸となる第１前側山部３４Ａと凹となる第１前側谷部３４Ｂとが交互に連設された第１前側凹凸形状部３４を設ける。【選択図】図４
