To obtain a fluid pressure control apparatus of which a cost can be reduced, a brake system for a saddle-riding type vehicle, and a saddle-riding type vehicle.SOLUTION: A fluid pressure control apparatus (110) is used in a brake system for a saddle-riding type vehicle in which a hydraulic circuit in which a fluid pressure can be controlled is one system, and a brake fluid in a wheel cylinder is released into a master cylinder in less pressure rise. In this apparatus, a first coil (112B), a second coil (113B), and a fluid pressure detector (116) are so provided on a substrate (111) as to be arranged, and an axis of the fluid pressure detector (116) is deviated from a master flat plane including an axis of the first coil (112B) and an axis of the second coil (113B) and is positioned between a first flat surface which is orthogonal to the master flat plane and includes the axis of the first coil (112B) and a second flat surface which is orthogonal to the master flat plane and includes the axis of the second coil (113B).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
