PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a survey device, a survey method and a program for underway sailing objects, with which it is possible to precisely and efficiently discriminate a protrusion existing on the sea floor.SOLUTION: A survey device 100, designed to survey an underwater sailing object, comprises a signal detection unit 10 and a signal discrimination unit 20. The signal detection unit 10 detects, as a signal, an acoustic echo derived from an explosion sound emitted from a sounding bullet thrown down to the sea floor as it is echoed by a protrusion on the sea floor. Meanwhile, the signal discrimination unit 20 determines, from the result of frequency analysis of the detected signal, whether a resonance sound caused to occur by a space filled with gases is included in the acoustic echo, and thereby discriminates whether or not the protrusion on the sea floor is an underwater sailing object. At this time, it is determined that the resonance sound is included when, with regard to the material of an airtight chamber of the assumed underwater sailing object, the signal strength of a frequency band equivalent to a wavelength that is twice the estimated length of the airtight chamber is larger than other frequency strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】海底に存在する突起物を正確かつ効率的に判別し得る、水中航走体の探査装置、探査方法およびプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】探査装置100は、水中航走体を探査する装置であって、信号検出部10と信号判別部20とを備えている。信号検出部10は、海底に投下された発音弾から発せられる爆発音が海底突起物に反響して得られる反響音を信号として検出する。そして、信号判別部20は、検出された信号の周波数分析の結果から、反響音に、気体が充満した空間に起因して生じた共鳴音が含まれるかどうかを判定することにより、海底突起物が水中航走体であるか否かを判別する。この際、想定される水中航走体の気密室の材質において、気密室の推定長の2倍の波長に相当する周波数帯域の信号強度が、他の周波数強度よりも大きい場合に共鳴音が含まれていると判定する。【選択図】図1
