PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize improvement of efficiency and safety of maintenance work performed on a car of an elevator.SOLUTION: A maintenance work support device identifies an elevator becoming an object of maintenance work, acquires work information corresponding to property specifications of the elevator, specifies a current process executed by an operator, and calculates an amount of movement to a car position suitable for execution of a next process when car positions suitable for the execution of the current process and the next process are different from each other. Further, the maintenance work support device inquires of the operator whether or not automatic operation of a car is necessary, and transmits a control command for subjecting the car to automatic operation up to the car position suitable for the execution of the next process to a control panel based on the amount of movement calculated when there is a response requesting the automatic operation. Still further, when an earthquake occurrence is detected, the maintenance work support device inquires of the operator whether or not rescue operation is necessary, and transmits a control command of the rescue operation for moving the car such that a height of a car top is equal to a position of a floor surface of the nearest floor to the control panel when there is a response requesting the rescue operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】エレベータのカゴ上で行う保守作業の効率化および安全性の向上を実現する。【解決手段】保守作業支援装置は、保守作業の対象となるエレベータを識別し、そのエレベータの物件仕様に対応する作業情報を取得する。そして、作業者が実施している現在の工程を特定し、現在の工程と次工程とで実施に適したカゴ位置が異なる場合に、次工程の実施に適したカゴ位置への移動量を算出する。そして、カゴの自動運転の要否を作業者に問い合わせ、自動運転を要求する応答があった場合に、算出した移動量に基づいて次工程の実施に適したカゴ位置までカゴを自動運転させる制御指令を制御盤に伝達する。また、地震発生が検知された場合は、救出運転の要否を作業者に問い合わせ、救出運転を要求する応答があった場合に、カゴ上の高さが最寄階の床面の位置となるようにカゴを移動させる救出運転の制御指令を制御盤に伝達する。【選択図】図4
