PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent intrusion of dust and water while reducing intake resistance by using a simple structure with a small number of components.SOLUTION: An air cleaner 43 is disposed above an engine mounted to a vehicle body frame. The air cleaner includes: an air cleaner case 51 constituting part of a clean side 50A; an air cleaner cap 52 constituting part of a dirty side 50B; and an air filter provided on a mating surface between the air cleaner case and the air cleaner cap to remove dust. In an intake structure 49 for the air cleaner, the air cleaner cap 52 includes an intake port 55A of an inlet pipe 55 for sucking outside air into the dirty side. A recessed portion 56 is provided on a front surface portion of the air cleaner cap 52, and the intake port 55A is located in the recessed portion. In the air cleaner case 51, a front wall portion 60 covering the front side of the intake port 55A is extended to the front surface portion of the air cleaner cap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】部品点数の少ない簡素な構造で、吸気抵抗を低減しつつ、塵埃や水の侵入を効果的に防止できること。【解決手段】車体フレームに搭載されたエンジンの上方にエアクリーナ４３が配置され、このエアクリーナは、クリーンサイド５０Ａの一部を構成するエアクリーナケース５１と、ダーティサイド５０Ｂの一部を構成するエアクリーナキャップ５２と、エアクリーナケースとエアクリーナキャップとの合せ面に設けられて塵埃を除去するエアフィルタとを有し、エアクリーナキャップ５２には、ダーティサイド内に外気を吸入するインレットパイプ５５の吸気口５５Ａが設けられたエアクリーナの吸気構造４９であって、エアクリーナキャップ５２の前面部位に凹部５６が設けられ、この凹部に吸気口５５Ａが位置づけられ、エアクリーナケース５１には、吸気口５５Ａの前方を覆う前壁部６０が、エアクリーナキャップの前面部位まで延設されて構成されたものである。【選択図】 図３
