PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that is able to reduce the possibility that concentration of a user may be decreased due to output of a response.SOLUTION: A response system comprises: an input acceptance section that accepts input of a user; a response generating section that generates a response to the input; a steering state determination section that determines whether the user is steering or not; and a response output section that, when input by the user to the response is requested once or more times and the user is steering, outputs the response after the steering is finished.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
