PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration germicidal treatment system capable of performing wastewater treatment for sterilizing ballast water from a ship so that ballast water from a ship can be drained in the case of emergency in which a ballast water treatment device provided on a ship has failed.SOLUTION: A second sterilizing apparatus 8 of a filtration germicidal treatment system 1 comprises: a high temperature fluid generation unit 81 generating high temperature fluid; a high temperature fluid line L61 that the high temperature fluid generated with the high temperature fluid generation unit 81; and a first heat exchanger 83 conducting heat exchange between back wash waste water W11 circulating a back wash waste water down stream discharge line L41 and the high temperature fluid circulating the high temperature fluid line L61 and sterilizing the back wash waste water W11 by heating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
