【課題】迅速に不具合検知を行うことができる不具合診断方法等を提供する。【解決手段】実機５の入力信号Ｓｉ及び出力信号Ｓｏに含まれる複数のパラメータ値を取得するパラメータ値取得工程Ｓ１と、マハラノビス・タグチメソッドを用いて、取得したパラメータ値に基づいて、単位空間からのマハラノビス距離を算出し、算出した前記マハラノビス距離に基づいて、実機５に不具合が発生したか否かを診断する不具合検知工程Ｓ２と、不具合検知工程Ｓ２において算出されるマハラノビス距離に基づいて、実機５の不具合箇所を推定する不具合箇所推定工程Ｓ３と、不具合箇所推定工程Ｓ３において推定した実機５の不具合箇所に基づいて、実機５を解析する不具合解析モデルＭを構築し、不具合解析モデルＭを解析することで得られる実機５の解析出力信号Ｓｖと、実機５から出力される出力信号Ｓｏとが整合するか否かを判定する整合判定工程Ｓ５とを備える。【選択図】図２
