PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footstep cleaner capable of easily cleaning risers and foot boards of a footstep of an escalator and having high reliability.SOLUTION: A footstep cleaner 1 comprises a cleaning brush body 2, a fixing part 3, and a movable arm 4. The cleaning brush body 2 is a member for cleaning a footstep. The fixing part 3 is a member to be detachably attached to an immobile part of an escalator 5. To a tip end of the movable arm 4, the cleaning brush body 2 is attached. The movable arm 4 can relatively move by 1 freedom degree, to the fixing part 3. The cleaning brush body 2 has a brush 21a for riser, and a brush 21b for foot board. Following to descent movement of the footstep 51, a state in which, the brush 21a for riser slide contacts a riser 51a, and a state in which the brush 21b for foot board slide contacts the foot board 51b, are switched. Therefore, the risers 51a and the foot boards 51b are cleaned alternately.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】エスカレータの踏段のライザ及び踏み板を容易に清掃できるとともに信頼性が高い踏段清掃機を提供する。【解決手段】踏段清掃機１は、清掃ブラシ体２と、固定部３と、可動アーム４とを備える。清掃ブラシ体２は、踏段を清掃するための部材である。固定部３は、エスカレータ５の不動部分に着脱自在に設けられる部材である。可動アーム４は、その先端部に清掃ブラシ体２が取り付けられる。この可動アーム４は、固定部３に対して１自由度の相対運動が可能である。清掃ブラシ体２は、ライザ用ブラシ２１ａと、踏み板用ブラシ２１ｂとを有する。踏段５１の下降移動に伴い、ライザ用ブラシ２１ａがライザ５１ａと摺動接触する状態と、踏み板用ブラシ２１ｂが踏み板５１ｂと摺動接触する状態とが切り替わる。これにより、ライザ５１ａと踏み板５１ｂが交互に清掃される。【選択図】図２
