A supply port 25 receives supply of washing liquid. An oscillation chamber 24 oscillates the washing liquid supplied through the supply port 25. A jetting section 23A jets the washing liquid oscillated in the oscillation chamber 24 to the outside. The jetting section 23A includes a passage connecting the oscillation chamber 24 and the outside. The washing liquid enters the passage from the oscillation chamber 24 through an entrance 31A, passing through the passage, and emitted through an exit 32A to the outside. A jet port 33A is provided between the entrance 31A and the exit 32A, having a narrower width than those of the entrance 31A and the exit 32A. An outer guide 36A connects the jet port 33A and the exit 32A. An inner guide 35A connects the entrance 31A and the jet port 33A, and configured to conduct the liquid oscillated in the oscillation chamber 24 to the outer guide 36A.
