The invention discloses a dual-redundancy steering engine control system for an unmanned aerial vehicle and a configuration method. The dual-redundancy steering engine control system comprises M steering engine controllers and N steering engines, the M steering engine controllers are connected with a flight management computer through a bus, and each steering engine controller is provided with n channels and is connected with n steering engines; n > n and N > = M; the steering engine comprises a dual-redundancy linear steering engine, a dual-redundancy rotary steering engine, a single-redundancy linear steering engine and a single-redundancy rotary steering engine; wherein the dual-redundancy linear steering engine is respectively connected with one channel of the two different steering engine controllers, the dual-redundancy rotary steering engine is respectively connected with one channel of the two different steering engine controllers, and the single-redundancy linear steering engine and the single-redundancy rotary steering engine are respectively connected with one channel of the corresponding steering engine controller. A dual-redundancy isomorphic design is adopted, two redundancies do not interact and work independently, the structure is simple, and the reliability is high.

    本发明公开一种无人机用双余度舵机控制系统及配置方法,包括M个舵机控制器和N个舵机;M个所述舵机控制器均通过总线与飞管计算机连接,每个所述舵机控制器均具有n个通道,且分别连接n个舵机;N>n,N≥M;所述舵机包括双余度直线舵机、双余度旋转舵机、单余度直线舵机和单余度旋转舵机;其中双余度直线舵机分别连接两个不同舵机控制器的一个通道,双余度旋转舵机均分别连接两个不同舵机控制器的一个通道,单余度直线舵机和单余度旋转舵机均连接对应舵机控制器的一个通道。采用双余度同构设计,两个余度无交互,独立工作,结构简单,可靠性高。
