The invention discloses a cable reel transfer trolley. The cable reel transfer trolley comprises a trolley body and a fork tool. The fork tool comprises two fork rods; the two fork rods are symmetrically arranged; one end of each fork rod is connected with the vehicle body; the inner side of the other end of the fork rod is not provided with a chamfer notch; the fork rod is provided with an inclined face with the thickness gradually increased from the inner side to the outer side. According to the scheme, the cable reel can be forked through the fork rods without assistance of a carrying disc or other workers, the two symmetrically-arranged fork rods are matched with the inclined faces to fork the cylindrical cable reel, and therefore the applicability in practical application is improved, and the problem that the cable reel is difficult to directly load in an existing cable reel carrying mode is effectively solved.
