The invention provides an elevator shaft three-dimensional scanning reconstruction and deformation dynamic monitoring system, and relates to the technical field of elevator shaft dynamic safety monitoring. According to the invention, a three-dimensional scanning system composed of an upper three-dimensional scanner and a lower three-dimensional scanner is adopted to realize real-time reconstruction of a three-dimensional data model of an elevator shaft; dynamic monitoring of deformation of the elevator guide rail is achieved through a deformation monitoring system adopting a vibration sensor. The running speed of the elevator is measured by adopting the rotating speed sensor arranged at the output port of the traction machine; and data reference is provided for safe operation and risk monitoring of the elevator.
