According to the method, effective fault processing and operation recovery work can be organized, the blank in the technical field of train-to-train communication or the technical field of train autonomous operation is filled, and the operation recovery time under the fault condition can be shortened; the availability of a train control system based on the technical field of train-to-train communication or the technical field of train autonomous operation is improved, and the operation service level of a line is improved.
