The invention relates to a wide-base load-carrying radial tire which comprises an inner tire, an outer tire and an outer tire, the inner tire comprises a main tire body, a transverse strip, a positioning side strip, a rubber column and an inner threaded cylinder, and the inner threaded cylinder is arranged in the rubber column; the outer skin comprises a main body, a side hole, a side positioning groove and a transverse positioning groove, and the main body is arranged outside the main tire body through a fixing screw; the inner plate comprises a hard plate and a connecting hole, and the hard plate is arranged in the main body. According to the invention, the inner tube, the outer skin and other components are arranged, the outer skin can be detached for replacement through the matching relationship between the inner tube and the outer skin, and the outer skin can be connected with the inner tube more tightly when being mounted on the inner tube through the arrangement of the transverse strips, the positioning side strips, the lateral positioning grooves and the transverse positioning grooves; and when the tire moves, the outer skin can be supported by the inner tube, so that the situation that relative displacement is generated between the outer skin and the inner tube is avoided.
