The invention relates to the technical field of walking platform equipment, and discloses a rollover lifting type walking platform which comprises a bottom mounting frame which serves as a basic component of an overall device and is used for assembling and bearing all mechanisms at the bottom of the overall device and lower structural parts of the mechanisms. The top mounting frame is arranged at the upper part of the bottom mounting frame, and is used for mounting and assembling the jacking and rollover mechanism and being connected with the bottom mounting frame, so that the height of the whole device is adjusted; and the signal receiver is arranged on one side of the top end of the bottom mounting frame. The flowing condition and the liquid storage position of liquid are controlled through the circulating pump, on one hand, the weight of the bottom of the whole device during lifting can be increased, so that the gravity center of the whole device in the lifting process is reduced, and the stability of the whole device during use is improved; and on the other hand, the weight of the device during jacking of the logistics pieces can be reduced, and therefore the whole device can conveniently conduct jacking and lifting treatment on the logistics pieces on the device in the using process.
