The six-degree-of-freedom platform is used for providing a plane required by take-off or landing of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and a contact base and an electric control locking structure are arranged on the upper platform; the unmanned aerial vehicle is provided with an aerial vehicle control module, an aerial vehicle battery power supply module and a conductive contact; the take-off and landing platform control system comprises a power supply module, a ship attitude detection module, a ship environment detection module and a take-off and landing safety balance parameter calculation module. The takeoff and landing platform is always kept in a horizontal state regardless of ship swing, the takeoff and landing safety and stability of the unmanned aerial vehicle are remarkably improved, the problem that the service life of the unmanned aerial vehicle is shortened due to collision in the takeoff and landing process of the unmanned aerial vehicle is effectively solved, the task adaptability of the unmanned aerial vehicle is enhanced, and the task execution efficiency is improved. And the time cost of task execution of the unmanned aerial vehicle is reduced.
