The system comprises a radiator provided with a fan, a thermostat, an electric pile, a temperature sensor and a controller. The first input end of the thermostat is directly connected with the cooling liquid outlet of the electric pile, the second input end is connected with the cooling liquid outlet of the electric pile through the radiator, and the output end is connected with the cooling liquid inlet of the electric pile. And the temperature sensor is arranged on the inner wall of the pipeline at the cooling liquid inlet of the electric pile. The controller is internally provided with a fuel cell temperature control program for limiting the maximum output power of the electric pile and is used for executing the fuel cell temperature control program when the fuel cell runs; and regularly evaluating the heat dissipation capability of the radiator according to the data of the temperature sensor, and correcting the maximum output power of the electric pile in the temperature control program of the fuel cell in real time according to the evaluation result, so that the output power of the fuel cell in different scenes reaches the maximum.
本发明提供了一种燃料电池散热控制系统及其发动机,属于燃料电池技术领域,解决了无法精准评估燃料电池散热能力并进行动态控制的问题。该系统包括设有风扇的散热器、节温器、电堆、温度传感器和控制器。节温器的输入端一直接接电堆的冷却液出口,输入端二经散热器接电堆的冷却液出口,输出端接电堆的冷却液入口。温度传感器设于电堆的冷却液入口处管道内壁上。控制器内置限制电堆最大输出功率的燃料电池温度控制程序,用于在燃料电池运行时执行燃料电池温度控制程序;以及,定时根据温度传感器的数据对散热器的散热能力进行评估,并根据评估结果实时修正燃料电池温度控制程序中的电堆最大输出功率,以使燃料电池在不同场景下输出功率达到最大。
