The invention belongs to the technical field of mooring rope hoisting, and discloses an intelligent mooring device for ship berthing and a using method.The device comprises a winch combination mechanism, a bollard clamping mechanism, a movable frame and a storage battery, and the storage battery and the bollard clamping mechanism are both connected to the movable frame; the storage battery is arranged on the longitudinal side of the bollard clamping mechanism and can provide power for the winch combination mechanism. The winch combination mechanism is connected to the top of the movable frame, the winch combination mechanism can be detachably connected with the storage battery and the pulling rope, and the winch combination mechanism can drive the pulling rope to pull the cable. The device is simple in structure, small in size, low in manufacturing cost and easy to construct and install, saves time and labor, enables work to be more convenient, solves potential safety hazards in work, improves the cabling efficiency at the same time, and achieves cabling work of modern ports.
