According to the crane cart traveling mechanism disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the first balance beam and the first trolley assembly are connected up and down through the first fixing assembly, so that the moment of axial rotation around a connecting point between parts caused by structural asymmetry of the jacking force of a dispatching trolley to the crane cart traveling mechanism during whole crane dispatching can be counteracted; and the stability of the structure in the shipping jacking process can be greatly improved.
