A seat rotating device includes a base plate, a rotating plate, and a coupling unit. The coupling unit has: a rotary link having a fixed end and a rotary end; a guide rail fixed to the substrate and having a linearly extending shape; a support slider that is movable along the guide rail and supports the rotating end; a connecting member that connects the support slider and the rotary link; a lower rail; and an upper slider. The connection member has a structure capable of absorbing a difference in distance between the rotation end and the support slider generated when the rotation end and the support slider move relative to the substrate.
