The new flue baffle is hoisted to the installation height through the crane, the chain block is connected with the outer wall of the new flue baffle, and the new flue baffle is installed at the bottom of the flue through cooperation of the chain block and the crane. 本发明公开了一种常减压加热炉烟道挡板更换施工方法，在加热炉顶部钢结构立柱顶面位置固定烟道加固支撑工装，将手拉葫芦一端系挂于所述烟道加固支撑工装的吊耳上，另一端连接原烟道挡板外壁，手拉葫芦和吊车配合将原烟道挡板从烟道底部侧向移出，然后由吊车将原烟道挡板送至地面。由吊车将新烟道挡板吊至安装高度，将手拉葫芦与新烟道挡板外壁连接，由手拉葫芦和吊车配合将新烟道挡板安装进烟道底部。本发明采用烟道加固支撑工装，对烟道加固固定后采用手拉葫芦与地面吊车配合进行烟道挡板更换，节省了加热炉烟道及烟道挡板安装和拆除所需大量的时间和机械，减少高空吊装作业，保证施工烟气系统整体稳定性，保障烟道挡板更换施工的安全。
