Compared with the prior art, the problem that an automobile exterior trimming part product manufactured through a conventional process at present can only display the appearance of a single color and cannot display the personalized spraying effect and the light transmitting effect can be solved.
本发明公开了一种汽车外饰件及其制造方法，涉及汽车配件制造技术领域；它包括设有透光基材的外饰件本体，所述外饰件本体包括全隐藏区域、半隐藏区域和透光区域；所述全隐藏区域在所述透光基材的表面依次设有遮光油漆层、半隐藏油漆层、显示面漆层、透光面漆层和透光清漆层；所述半隐藏区域在所述透光基材的表面依次设有遮光油漆层、半隐藏油漆层、透光面漆层和透光清漆层；所述透光区域在所述透光基材的表面依次设有透光面漆层和透光清漆层。与现有技术相比，本发明可以解决目前采用常规工艺制造完成的汽车外饰件产品只能显示单一颜色的外观，不能显示个性化的喷涂效果和透光效果的问题。
