The invention discloses a shipborne refrigerated container integrated system which comprises a first central controller, and a cargo compartment ventilation system, a refrigerated container power distribution system, a refrigerated container loading system and a refrigerated container monitoring system which are in communication connection with the first central controller, the first central controller is used for acquiring the total power consumption of each refrigerated container in a single cargo hold based on the refrigerated container power distribution system; the processor is also used for acquiring a first parameter of the refrigerated container based on the refrigerated container monitoring system; the acquisition module is also used for acquiring second parameters of the refrigerated container based on the refrigerated container loading system; and acquiring a third parameter of the refrigerated container based on the cargo compartment ventilation system. Therefore, integration of all systems of the whole shipborne refrigerated container is achieved, data sharing is formed, and all the systems can be analyzed and fed back on the basis of the shared data in the later period.
