The invention discloses an offshore floating type wind power platform and a mooring system. The offshore floating type wind power platform comprises a first stand column structure, a tower barrel structure, a fan assembly and a second stand column structure which are sequentially connected from bottom to top, wherein the second stand column structure is horizontally connected with the first stand column structure in parallel. The first stand column structure and the tower barrel structure are adopted in the longitudinal direction to support the fan assembly, and the second stand column structure is adopted in the horizontal direction to fix the fan assembly, so that the overall stress state of the foundation is balanced, the use amount of foundation steel structures can be greatly reduced, the foundation cost is reduced, and the wind power generation cost is further reduced.
本发明公开了一种海上浮式风电平台以及系泊系统，海上浮式风电平台包括从下到上依次连接设置的第一立柱结构、塔筒结构、风机组件以及与所述第一立柱结构水平并行连接设置的第二立柱结构。在纵向方向上采用第一立柱结构、塔筒结构对风机组件进行支撑，而在水平方向上采用第二立柱结构进行固定，使得基础整体受力状态较为均衡，可大幅度降低基础钢结构用量，从而降低基础成本，进一步降低风电发电成本。
