The invention discloses a composite structure embedded part for a solid buoyancy material and a design method of the composite structure embedded part. The composite structure embedded part is formed by compounding a metal part and a non-metal part. The non-metal part is of a cylindrical structure, an axial blind hole is machined in one end of the non-metal part, internal threads are machined in the axial blind hole, and a circular-truncated-cone-shaped protrusion or a spherical-table-shaped protrusion is arranged at the other end of the non-metal part. The metal piece is a sleeve provided with an internal thread and an external thread, and the metal piece is connected into the axial blind hole of the non-metal piece through the threads; a mounting hole for mounting the composite structure embedded part is formed in the buoyancy material, and the hole bottom of the mounting hole is a spherical bottom hole or a circular truncated cone-shaped bottom hole; the composite structure embedded part is fixed in the mounting hole of the buoyancy material through a rubber material, and a rubber layer for fixing is filled between the circular-truncated-cone-shaped bulge or the spherical-table-shaped bulge of the composite structure embedded part and the spherical bottom hole or the circular-truncated-cone-shaped bottom hole of the mounting hole. The method can solve the problem that the buoyancy material around the embedded part of the buoyancy material component cracks due to elasticity modulus difference of materials.

    本发明公开了一种固体浮力材料用复合结构预埋件及其设计方法,该复合结构预埋件由金属件和非金属件复合而成;非金属件为圆柱状结构,非金属件的一端加工有轴向盲孔,轴向盲孔内加工有内螺纹,非金属件的另一端设有圆台状凸起或球台状凸起;金属件为加工有内、外螺纹的套筒,金属件通过螺纹连接在非金属件的轴向盲孔中;浮力材料上加工有用于安装复合结构预埋件的安装孔,安装孔的孔底为球形底孔或圆台形底孔;复合结构预埋件通过胶料固定在浮力材料的安装孔内,且复合结构预埋件的圆台状凸起或球台状凸起与安装孔的球形底孔或圆台形底孔之间填充有固定用的胶层。本发明能够解决由于材料弹性模量差异导致的浮力材构件预埋件周围浮力材开裂问题。
