The invention discloses a wing continuously-adjustable single driving mechanism with a wingspan larger than the length of a fuselage from the width of the fuselage in a morphing aircraft and a control method of the wing continuously-adjustable single driving mechanism. The wing continuously-adjustable single driving mechanism is used for adjusting the wingspan of the aircraft. The wing continuous adjustable single driving mechanism comprises a servo motor, a coupler, a bearing, a bearing seat, a lead screw, a guide rail, a nut, a gas spring, a rigid rope, a plurality of movable pulleys, a plurality of fixed pulleys, an undercarriage, a sliding block and a revolute pair; the method comprises the following steps: 1) a servo motor rotates to drive a lead screw to rotate, so that a nut does linear motion with the same speed and opposite directions; (2) the first-stage wing and the second-stage wing start to do wing variant motion under the driving of nuts, and the sweepback angle theta starts to be reduced from 90 degrees to 0 degree; the second-stage wing overcomes the acting force of the gas spring and retracts into the first-stage wing, so that the telescopic movement of the wing is realized; according to the invention, the wingspan length of the aircraft can be adjusted between the body width and the body length, and the span-chord ratio range of the morphing aircraft is improved.
本发明公开变体飞行器中翼展从机身宽到大于机身长的机翼连续可调单驱动机构及其控制方法,所述机翼连续可调单驱动机构用于调整飞行器的翼展;所述机翼连续可调单驱动机构包括伺服电机、联轴器、轴承及轴承座、丝杠、导轨、螺母、气弹簧、刚性绳、若干动滑轮、若干定滑轮、起落架、滑块、转动副;方法步骤为:1)伺服电机转动带动丝杠转动,进而使螺母作速度相同、方向相反的直线运动;2)一级机翼和二级机翼在螺母的带动下开始作机翼变体运动,后掠角θ开始从90°减小到0°;二级机翼克服气弹簧的作用力,向一级机翼内收回,实现机翼伸缩运动;本发明可以使飞行器翼展长度在机身宽到大于机身长度之间可调,提高了变体飞行器的展弦比范围。
