The invention provides a shared reservation parking system for regional parking management, and the system comprises a ground net module which is used for integrating various types of parking lot data in a preset range, and building a real-time dynamic graph of parking spaces in the parking lot in the preset range; the data processing module is used for formulating a parking space level off-peak sharing mechanism for the preset range according to the recorded transportation data and the real-time dynamic graph; the reservation module is used for recommending a parking space to a parking space demander based on the parking space level peak shifting sharing mechanism and a multi-target dynamic planning algorithm, and enabling the parking space demander to reserve the parking space on a preset platform; and the navigation module is used for carrying out location searching navigation on the parking space demander based on an indoor and outdoor integrated navigation technology, and can effectively relieve the conditions that parking spaces are insufficient in a parking space demand peak period and the parking space demander is difficult to find the parking space.
