According to the traction force control method for the hybrid shunting locomotive, when the locomotive enters a traction working condition, a whole vehicle control unit calculates target traction force according to the acquired handle level of a driver controller, the state of a power battery, the state of a generator set and the locomotive speed; the whole vehicle control unit sends the target traction force to the traction inverter control unit through a network, a traction inverter of the traction inverter control unit generates variable-frequency variable-voltage three-phase alternating current according to the target traction force to drive a traction motor, and output of the locomotive traction force is achieved. And when the target traction force is greater than the maximum traction force allowed by the locomotive, the target traction force is equal to the maximum traction force allowed by the locomotive. By adopting the traction force control method provided by the invention, the train can be started under the low-level condition of the driver controller, and the frequency of operating a handle of the driver controller by a driver in shunting operation is reduced.
本发明一种混合动力调车机车牵引力控制方法,当机车进入牵引工况时,整车控制单元根据采集的司机控制器手柄级位、动力电池状态、发电机组状态、机车速度计算目标牵引力;整车控制单元将目标牵引力通过网络发送给牵引逆变器控制单元,牵引逆变器控制单元的牵引逆变器按照目标牵引力产生变频变压三相交流电驱动牵引电机,实现机车牵引力的输出。当目标牵引力大于机车允许的最大牵引力时,则将目标牵引力等于机车允许的最大牵引力。采用本发明提出的牵引力控制方法,可以在司机控制器低级位条件下完成列车的启动,在调车作业中降低了司机操作司机控制器手柄的频率。
