本发明公开了一种模块化降落伞伞衣及降落伞，整个伞面由若干个伞衣模块拼接而成，所有伞衣模块根据形状的不同划分为分若干类，同一类的伞衣模块形状、尺寸、材料均相同，每个伞衣模块上均设有加强带，每个伞衣模块的拼接边均分布有扣环，相邻伞衣模块的对应扣环之间通过连接绳连接限位。本发明加工、安装效率高，不受加工人员和加工场地限制，限制了损伤传播、提高了可靠性，全生命周期维修成本低，解决了降落伞数量增加而导致的最大开伞动载增加的情况。
