The method comprises the following steps: when the bearing-free rotor center piece fatigue test characteristic load is selected, considering the load distribution condition on a center piece body to be simulated and the importance degree of the influence on the strength of the center piece, selecting a waving bending moment and a shimmy bending moment as the characteristic load, and meanwhile, taking an applied centrifugal force as an environmental load; the butt joint section of the bearingless rotor center piece and the waving support arm serves as a load monitoring position, and the waving bending moment, the shimmy bending moment and the centrifugal force of the section are kept consistent with the test design load; the center of a hub of a bearingless central part is used as a load monitoring position, and the main shaft bending moment and the main shaft torque of the load monitoring position are within the error range of 5% of the test design load in consideration of the precision and the implementability of a control system.
