The invention provides a method for efficiently replacing a denitration flue gas heat exchange element, which comprises the following steps: S1, only one lifting electric hoist is used for replacing the denitration flue gas heat exchange element at present, and on the basis, one lifting electric hoist is continuously mounted, so that the two lifting electric hoists simultaneously work; s2, the two heat exchange elements on the upper layer are integrally dismantled, the heat exchange elements are dismantled through one lifting electric hoist, the other lifting electric hoist conducts hoisting operation, and the dismantled heat exchange elements are placed on the ground; and S3, the two heat exchange elements on the lower layer are replaced, and the heat exchange elements are replaced by one lifting electric hoist. The invention discloses a method for efficiently replacing a denitration flue gas heat exchange element. The problem that hoisting operation and replacement operation are mutually restricted is effectively solved through two lifting electric hoists; the replacement period is shortened to 48 hours in two days and is shortened by 67% compared with the original operation time of 144 hours in six days, the shutdown replacement time of an enterprise is remarkably shortened, and the production efficiency and benefits are improved.
