The invention provides an assembly method of a steering system, the steering system comprises a first transmission part, the first transmission part is connected with a wheel, and the first transmission part comprises a wheel core; the wheel core is rotatably connected with the wheel-side stand column, a threaded part is arranged at one end, far away from the wheel-side stand column, of the wheel core, more than two positioning pins are arranged between the threaded part and the wheel-side stand column, and positioning holes matched with the positioning pins are formed in the wheel; one end, close to the threaded part, of the wheel core penetrates through the wheel and is in threaded connection with the locking nut; the positioning pin is inserted into the positioning hole; a step part is arranged at the end, away from the wheel edge stand column, of the threaded part, two insertion holes which are symmetrically formed in the axial direction of the wheel core are formed in the step part, an anti-dislocation device is arranged between the two insertion holes, the anti-dislocation device comprises two insertion pieces, and a torsional spring is connected between the two insertion pieces; the plug connectors and the plug holes are in one-to-one correspondence, the plug connectors are inserted outwards from the inner wall of the step part, and the plug connectors axially limit the locking nuts from the ends, penetrating through the plug holes and extending outwards, of the plug connectors.

    本发明提供一种转向系统的装配方法,转向系统包括第一传动件,第一传动件上连接有车轮,第一传动件包括轮芯;轮芯与轮边立柱可转动连接,在轮芯远离轮边立柱的一端设有螺纹部,在螺纹部与轮边立柱之间设有两个以上的定位销,在车轮上设有与定位销配合的定位孔;轮芯靠近螺纹部的一端穿过车轮与锁紧螺母螺纹连接;定位销插接在定位孔中;在螺纹部远离轮边立柱的一端设有台阶部,在台阶部上设有两个关于轮芯的轴向对称设置的插接孔,两个插接孔之间设有防脱位装置,防脱位装置包括两个插接件,两插接件之间连接有扭簧;插接件与插接孔一一对应插接件从台阶部内壁向外插接设置,插接件从穿过插接孔向外伸出的一端对锁紧螺母轴向限位。
