本发明公开了一种制造线拉带钩鱼船的改进密封工艺，包括以下步骤：S1中空附件挖洞时，将洞围改为双层厚度为0.40‑0.80cm的围带，然后在边缘做一条1‑4cm的洞围包边条并采用高温机将洞围包边条和洞围热和焊接在一起；S2制作边管锥形头时，将边管前端部分改为在边管锥形头前段用高频热压机热压，之后将边管锥形头前段4的管尖反转装入PVC内套，再由高温机热合焊接；S3制作线拉带洞围时，在线拉带外围带胶水包边的基础上，再在线拉带内围带外侧设置宽度为1‑4cm的线拉带内围包边条，采用高温机将线拉带内围包边条和线拉带内围带热和焊接在一起。经过以上三个工艺环节的改进，使钓鱼船彻底杜绝漏气的隐患，延长钓鱼船使用寿命。
