本发明涉及一种用于新能源汽车的电池充放电功率限制方法,实时获取车辆动力电池的实际充放电功率、动力电池的最大允许充放电功率和高压负载消耗功率;根据每个周期下的对应的充放电系数、故障系数和动力电池的最大允许充放电功率获得最大允许充放电功率,最后得到允许驱动电机的最大允许功率。本发明通过计算每个周期的充放电系数来对动力电池的最大允许充放电功率进行限制,同时还考虑了因某些故障引起的需要限制驱动电机最大用电功率的值,即故障系数;这样,避免动力电池出现超过电池厂家规定的过充过放时长和充放电阈值,同时还在保护动力电池过充过放问题的前提下提高了扭矩输出的平顺性。

    The invention relates to a battery charging and discharging power limiting method for a new energy automobile. The method comprises the steps that the actual charging and discharging power of a vehicle power battery, the maximum allowable charging and discharging power of the power battery and high-voltage load consumption power are obtained in real time; and according to the corresponding charging and discharging coefficient, the fault coefficient and the maximum allowable charging and discharging power of the power battery in each period, obtaining the maximum allowable charging and discharging power, and finally obtaining the maximum allowable power of an allowable driving motor. According to the method, the maximum allowable charging and discharging power of the power battery is limited by calculating the charging and discharging coefficient of each period, and meanwhile, the value, namely the fault coefficient, of the maximum electric power of the driving motor which needs to be limited due to some faults is also considered; therefore, the power battery is prevented from exceeding the over-charging and over-discharging duration and the charging and discharging threshold value specified by a battery manufacturer, and meanwhile, the smoothness of torque output is improved on the premise that the over-charging and over-discharging problem of the power battery is solved.
