The invention relates to a vehicle, a fuel cell engine and a cooling system of the fuel cell engine, and the cooling system of the fuel cell engine comprises a radiator; the spraying mechanism is connected to the radiator; the liquid collecting mechanism is respectively communicated with the spraying mechanism and a tail exhaust pipeline of the fuel cell engine, the liquid collecting mechanism is used for collecting waste water discharged by the tail exhaust pipeline, and the spraying mechanism is used for spraying the waste water to the radiator; wherein the liquid collecting mechanism is provided with a liquid collecting channel, the liquid collecting channel is respectively communicated with the spraying mechanism and a tail exhaust pipeline of the fuel cell engine, and at least part of the liquid collecting channel is exposed in external air. The fuel cell engine comprises the heat dissipation system of the fuel cell engine. The vehicle comprises the fuel cell engine. According to the vehicle, the fuel cell engine and the cooling system thereof, the liquid collecting channel can exchange heat with external air while collecting waste water, so that the heat exchange performance of the radiator is improved.
