The fuel cell engine comprises the heat dissipation system of the fuel cell engine. The vehicle comprises the fuel cell engine. According to the vehicle, the fuel cell engine and the cooling system thereof, the liquid collecting channel can exchange heat with external air while collecting waste water, so that the heat exchange performance of the radiator is improved.
