Embodiments of the present disclosure include a responder supervision system for an autonomous vehicle. A system includes an autonomous vehicle (AV) having sensors, a control subsystem, and an operation server. The control subsystem receives sensor data including position coordinates of the AV from the sensor. The operation server detects an unexpected event from the sensor data, including at least one of an accident, a check, and a report request. The operation server receives a message from a user, the message including a request to access specific information about the AV, and location data. If the location coordinates of the AV match the location data of the user, the operation server associates the AV with the user. And the operation server generates a ticket for the accident. The operation server communicates the specific information to the user. The operation server provides instructions to be forwarded to the user based on a request of the user. If the accident is handled, the server is operated to close the ticket.
