The invention discloses a magnetic hasp which comprises a lock catch seat assembly, a hasp seat assembly and a locking mechanism for locking the lock catch seat assembly and the hasp seat assembly, the lock catch seat assembly comprises a first lock catch seat assembly and a second lock catch seat assembly which are both provided with plug parts, and the locking mechanism comprises locking pieces rotationally arranged on the left side and the right side of the hasp seat assembly. First magnetic assemblies are arranged between the first lock catch seat assembly and the hasp seat assembly and between the second lock catch seat assembly and the hasp seat assembly, each first magnetic assembly comprises a first magnet and a second magnet which are opposite in magnetism and corresponding in position, the first magnets are arranged on the first lock catch seat assembly, and the second magnets are arranged on the hasp seat assembly. According to the magnetic hasp, the lock catch base assembly and the hasp base assembly can be connected through the magnetic attraction force of the first magnetic assembly, manual operation is not needed, and time and labor are saved.
