The invention discloses a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) pipe conveying and transferring process which specifically comprises the following steps: step 1, two split type frames are arranged in parallel, the distance between the split type frames is adjusted according to the length of a pipeline to be conveyed, and then a stack of pipelines are integrally stacked on the split type frames; and secondly, a first sealing end cover and a second sealing end cover are attached to the two ends of the pile of pipelines, an air suction cylinder is installed on the first sealing end cover to suck air in the pipelines, and all the pipelines form a whole. According to the PVC pipe conveying and transferring technology, the sealing end covers are arranged at the two ends of each pipeline for sealing, air in all the pipelines can be extracted at the same time through the first sealing end cover, then negative pressure is generated in the pipelines, the sealing end covers at the two ends are sucked more tightly, all the pipelines clamped between the sealing end covers can be fixed into a whole through the negative pressure, and therefore the sealing effect is improved.
