The ocean monitoring buoy comprises a main body unit, a monitoring unit and a supporting unit, the monitoring unit can bear a monitoring element, the monitoring unit comprises a solar assembly, the solar assembly comprises a plurality of solar cell panels, and the solar cell panels absorb solar energy and convert the solar energy into electric energy so as to provide a power source for the monitoring element; the main body unit can support the monitoring unit, the supporting unit comprises an air bag and can make the main body unit float on the sea surface, the bottom of the main body unit is connected with an anchor chain and an anchor block, and the stability of the whole structure of the monitoring buoy is improved. The monitoring unit is slidably connected with the main body unit, and when seaborne stormy waves are large, the monitoring unit slides relative to the main body unit, the frame assembly drives the monitoring element to slide downwards into the main body unit, the gravity center of the whole structure of the monitoring buoy is lowered, the stability of the device is improved, and meanwhile the monitoring element is prevented from being damaged by sea waves; and the service life of the monitoring buoy is prolonged.
本发明公开一种海洋监测浮标，包括主体单元、监测单元和支撑单元，监测单元能够承载监测元件，监测单元包括太阳能组件，太阳能组件包括多块太阳能电池板，太阳能电池板吸收太阳能并转化为电能，能够为监测元件提供电力来源，主体单元能够为监测单元提供支撑，支撑单元包括气囊，能够使主体单元漂浮于海面上，主体单元底部连接有锚链和锚块，提升了监测浮标整体结构的稳定性。监测单元可滑动地与主体单元相连，当遇到海上风浪较大的情况时，监测单元相对于主体单元滑动，框架组件带动监测元件向下滑动进入主体单元内部，降低监测浮标整体结构重心，提高装置的稳定性，同时避免监测元件被海浪损坏，延长了监测浮标的使用寿命。
