The invention provides a combined oil pump with an electromagnetic reversing valve, which relates to the technical field of transportation and comprises a manual/electromagnetic reversing valve, a manual pump, an electric pump and a handheld switch, the manual pump and the electric pump are integrated, the manual and electromagnetic reversing valve is arranged on the manual pump and is provided with a manual reversing knob, and the handheld switch is arranged on the manual pump. The lifting and descending functions of the cab can be achieved through the handheld switch. Rapid reversing of the handle is achieved by starting the electromagnetic reversing valve, meanwhile, the control circuit is switched on to achieve automatic oil pumping of the electric pump, and therefore overturning of the cab is achieved; the reversing of the electromagnetic valve is realized by the knob switch, and the automatic oil pumping of the electric pump is realized by the starting button; the conditions show that electric reversing of the oil pump is achieved through the handheld switch and the electromagnetic reversing valve; and meanwhile, a manual reversing function is reserved, so that the structure and the operation are more reliable.
