The invention provides a raceway beam device, a rail transporting vehicle and a long steel rail transporting vehicle set. The raceway beam device comprises two side columns, a raceway beam supporting plate, a locking mechanism and a raceway beam, wherein the two side columns are fixed to the left side and the right side of a rail transporting vehicle floor respectively, the raceway beam supporting plate is arranged between the two side columns and fixed to the side columns, and the raceway beam is borne on the raceway beam supporting plate. A through groove is formed in the roller path beam supporting plate; the locking mechanism comprises an operating handle rotatably mounted on the side column and a movable stop iron, and the movable stop iron is located below the through groove and comprises a rotating wheel sleeving the operating handle and a locking part mounted on the side surface of the rotating wheel; and the rotating axis of the movable stop iron is configured to deviate from the midline of the through groove, and the mass center of the movable stop iron is configured to deviate from the rotating axis of the movable stop iron, so that the locking part can extend out of the through groove to lock the roller path beam under the driving of the operating handle, or retract from the through groove to unlock the roller path beam. The locking mechanism is not prone to being lost, and operation is easy and convenient.
本发明提供一种滚道梁装置、运轨车及长钢轨运输车组。其中，滚道梁装置包括：分别固定在运轨车地板左侧和右侧的两个侧柱、设于两个侧柱之间并与侧柱固定的滚道梁托板、锁闭机构以及承载于滚道梁托板上的滚道梁；滚道梁托板设置有贯穿槽；锁闭机构包括可转动地安装于侧柱上的操作手柄以及活动挡铁，活动挡铁位于贯穿槽下方，其包括套装在操作手柄上的转轮以及安装在转轮侧面的锁止部；活动挡铁的旋转轴线被配置成偏离贯穿槽的中分线且其质心被配置成偏离其旋转轴线，从而使得锁止部能够在操作手柄的驱动下从贯穿槽内伸出以锁定所述滚道梁，或者从贯穿槽内缩回以解锁所述滚道梁。本发明中的锁闭机构不容易丢失，操作也简单方便。
