The invention discloses an AGV material distribution vehicle positioning system based on high-speed information communication. The AGV material distribution vehicle positioning system comprises a position detection module, a data transmission module, a power supply module, a filter and a background management host system, wherein the position detection module comprises a primary side coil, four detection coils, a secondary side coil and a gyroscope, and the position detection module obtains position coordinates of the secondary side coil according to a deflection angle of the gyroscope and an actually measured induction voltage of the detection coils; the position detection module sends the obtained position coordinates of the secondary side coil to the data transmission module, and the data transmission module sends the position coordinates of the secondary side coil to the background management host system through the filter; the background management host system analyzes and processes the position information data of the AGV material distribution vehicle and then directly sends the position information data back to the data transmission module. The gyroscope is adopted to detect a rotation angle, the influence of angle deviation is corrected in combination with an algorithm, the performance of the positioning system is improved, and charging management of the AGV material distribution vehicle is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种基于高速信息通信的AGV物料配送车定位系统,包括位置检测模块、数据传输模块、供电模块、滤波器和后台管理主机系统;所述位置检测模块包括初级侧线圈、四个探测线圈、次级侧线圈和陀螺仪,位置检测模块根据陀螺仪的偏转角度、探测线圈的实测感应电压获得次级侧线圈的位置坐标;位置检测模块将获取的次级侧线圈的位置坐标发送给数据传输模块,数据传输模块将次级侧线圈的位置坐标通过滤波器发送给后台管理主机系统,后台管理主机系统对AGV物料配送车的位置信息数据进行分析处理后直接发送回数据传输模块。本发明采用陀螺仪检测旋转角度,并结合算法修正了角度偏差的影响,提高定位系统性能,方便AGV物料配送车的充电管理。
